X230复活记(下)：清理风扇以及故障处理
之前的帖子中写到X230出现Fan Error提示，无法开机，即便我用吹气大法也无济于事，于是一狠心把它彻底拆开了，详情见[X230复活记(上)：X230拆机](https://steemit.com/cn/@oflyhigh/x230-x230)。

网上的一些帖子写到如果要处理X230的风扇扇叶，则需要用钢锉挫开风扇的外壳，然后撬开风扇，取出扇叶，清理后装回去在用强力胶黏合。

观察了一下我的风扇，竟然是用小螺丝固定的，哈哈，这下省事多了（这风扇是不是超级脏啊，难怪吹不起来了）

拧开螺丝，撬开风扇，把扇叶拿出来，简直和垃圾堆里捡出来的无异。

用小刷子仔细清理了扇叶，来看看清理后的扇叶，是不是顺眼多了。

清理完扇叶后，把风扇的周边都清理了一下，在扇叶的转轴以及定子的中心处用注射器加入一些我十多年以前购买的润滑剂。
（忘记拍照了，此处假装有图）

然后就是再按之前拆卸的逆顺序装回去啦，先秀一下底盘

这个电源口我拆的时候没注意长相，装的时候正着反着试了好多次

再把键盘和电池装上去之后，我发现盒子里竟然多出来两枚螺丝，想了半天才想起来U型架的螺丝忘记拧上了，于是再拆开，把U型架螺丝拧好，这次不多螺丝了。

然后心怀忐忑地按下电源键，在心里祈祷，可千万不要冒烟啊，还有机器没有冒烟，但是却发出***`一长三短三短一长`***的报警音。

网上查了一下，有说是显卡坏了的，有说是内存没插好，有说是主板报废了的，于是乎我把内存重新插拔了好几次，症状依然；又把机器拆开，各种连线重新插拔N次，症状依然......

抱着死马当活马医的心里，我***`给主板BIOS放了一下电`***，重启后，竟然出现了开机画面，但是提示系统时钟有问题。

接下来的事情就简单了，***`进入BIOS设置一下系统时间日期`***，重启后，熟悉的Windows开机画面出来啦。

风扇转得非常平稳，几乎听不到声音，按照这个趋势，至少可以再用10年，哈哈我的X230终于复活啦。
