Growth is a crucial part of human existence
It can be managed, mismanaged, ignored or left to be
The best approach to growth is managing it.

When growth is managed,
More is achieved
And the end-result is better.
The subject of the growth, which could be you, becomes more equipped for life

Many people have left their growth at bay, 
In such situations, growth could be dwarfed,minimized or negated
When it could have been maximized.
Nonetheless, it is a *better evil*
at least better than mismanaging it.

In the advent of growth, resources are being used
Chief among them is Time
While money, relationships and knowledge come along side
But time is the solvent of growth where other ingredients like the aforementioned dissolve in
To make a better solution.

So, let it be known that it is better
To live everyday as an opportunity for growth,
That way, it is not being ignored.
Let it also be known that paying attention to growth is the best of all approaches  
It gives us the opportunity for a proper management

I absolutely agree with you on this. Growth can be better understood when we are in a position to nurture a tender plant.. Attention, care, and nutrition is needed in order not to loose the plant.. Likewise we humans, we need to give attention to our growth level to be sure if we are even growing at all.
