My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2019
今天在“977”广播上听到，现在的社会发展使很多老年人有“压力”，其中一位8询老年人说以前年轻的时候上班，教育孩子也没什么感觉自己“不中用”，可现在就不一样！年纪大儿女没在家，出去买生活用品拎的大包小包的挺重的，不像年轻人在网上购物省去时间和体力；去医院挂号还要起早排队，不像年轻人在家里上网就能挂上号；出门打车的话，司机看到老年人不怎么愿意拉，通常需要很久才能打到车，不像年轻人用打车软件就能提前打到车！等等类似这样应为当今社会的发展给老年人带来的“压力”还有很多。同时她也说到其实这些也不是最有“压力”的，只要儿女有时间多回来看看就够了！这句话听着非常让人“心塞”。是的，我们也会有老的时候，这些类似的问题我们也会遇到，这也是不可避免的，所以有时间多陪陪父母孩子，这就对他们最好的“礼物”，尊老爱幼的传统美德依旧需要我们“共勉”！f

今天小雨绵绵，虽然什么也没干，但是不会影响到我的心情，应为媳妇的机动车科目二考试过了，这也是对她自己，对教练最好的回报！回想起来考试其实也比较辛苦的，每天起早贪黑，而且考试的时候还需要一个好的心态，看到很多考生走出考场时说：“我太紧张了，半坡熄火了然后一下就蒙了车停了很长时间；我的倒车镜什么也看不到；”等等这就占了一半不过因素，看不到倒车镜说明没有检查就直接开始了，中间又不能停。所以在我们平时工作中遇到问题，要先弄明白原因再去找解决方法，一定要事先了解后再处理，不然可能会把事情复杂化或者“升级化”！
