Coming back to life

These days I have been quite "offline" for various health reasons, although I have to admit that the biggest reason was a relapse in a depressive state that I have been trying to run away from for some time now.

Being depressed, in any degree whatsoever, does not help when you get sick, because the immune system seems to be depressed at the same time as emotions and everything that could have been a simple health discomfort becomes a problem that you Leave in bed for several days.

Now that I am improving and I have to return to activities, because I have left too many things pending, I suddenly remembered a melody that I had not heard for a long time, so I looked for it and it was very easy to find.

In part because I also have to bury the past and come back to life, I don't want to give up and I have to get fierce from anywhere to get back on my feet. I will not say that my case of depression is strong, in fact I consider it very mild and that makes me quite happy, because if I were strong and fell into a bed, it could happen that I would enter a vicious circle of discomfort and greater depression when seeing the bad state that I am in, that could be fatal.

I now have so much thoughtful work, I have lost several businesses and I have failed several people ... I regret all that, but I cannot take the time back and fix that from the beginning, I can only try to solve from here and continue ahead. as they say an old saying of my land "it is useless to cry over spilled milk"

I want to thank the people who worried about my lack of activity and the colleagues who visited me at a time when I would not have considered myself a pleasant company, they are things that I really have to appreciate.

Sometimes the best way to deal with those things is to make yourself busy. And focus on things that will slowly start working well for you. On little smiles here and there.

Staying busy is a good trick, it's what I used to do, but when it comes to exhaustion and I try to continue ... well, that doesn't help and it adds to the fatigue.

As for business, what happens is that from time to time I do small jobs to supplement income, but in a decayed state I was not in a position to take charge and I had to apologize to the friends who used to pass me these small jobs.

Depression is a very common problem. I also have experienced it before.

One of every 6-7, then. I think the worst period is the "middle age", approximately 45-55 years. But the source above also wrote, "Depression is very treatable." If not the doctors, maybe family or friends can help.

I read somewhere that "staying alive is an act of resistance against adversity"

Also, I heard a piece of advice given to a fighter once when his opponent had humiliated him and threw himself against the floor: "Smile. The strongest 'Character' in this world is that of the idiot who smiles and continues fighting without giving up. "

So I try to take those ideas and get over things, after all, I am not a believer that if I fall I must stay on the floor. I can be a little pessimistic and somewhat related to the Cynical philosophical current, but beyond that, I am one of those who want to forward.
