Gosto de caminhar por estas bandas, também é possível ir e voltar até o colégio da minha filha por aí. 

Mesmo assim as vezes não é suficiente para eu terminar os 10 mil passos da atividade, e em algumas ocasiões eu fico dando voltas ao redor da piscina do prédio enquanto escuto o podcast de alguma aula.

Andar ouvindo um áudio faz o tempo passar rápido, pois ao prestar atenção nas palavras você se movimenta por dezenas de metros sem nem perceber... Fica aí a dica.
