<strong>A little quieter this week on the meetup front but still a good few popping up around the world.</strong>

<strong>There are meetups to come in October in the USA, the Philippines, Austria and Australia. Then next month it is the big one - SteemFest 4 in Bangkok. Hopefully that will be livestreamed again by @roelandp and his team so all Steemians can watch it as it happens even if they cannot make it to Thailand.</strong>

<strong>A [regular monthly meetup in Olympia WA, USA](https://www.meetup.com/Olympia-Steem-Meetup/events/) has also just been located. The next event is on Saturday 26 October - it would be great to make contact with the organiser of this event if anyone knows them.</strong>

<strong>Hopefully the number of meetups will grow as the new Regional Leaders program develops. Applications are now being invited if you would like to get involved in helping to grow Steem in your area...</strong>
