Abricots au romarin

<p>Il suffit de quelques abricots, un peu de miel et du romarin (frais de préférence)</p>
<p>Peut se manger froid tel quel, ou servir de base à de nombreux desserts, coupes glacées, tartes, etc...</p>

<p>Laver et dénoyauter les abricots, les séparer en deux</p>
<p>Émietter une branche de romarin</p>

<p>Ensuite dans une poêle faire chauffer 2 cuillères à soupe de miel, puis quand il mousse mettre le romarin émietté</p>

<p>Déposer les abricots et les laisser cuire environ 5 minutes en les retournant régulièrement pour qu'ils s’imprègnent du miel</p>
<p>Vous n’avez plus qu'à les laisser refroidir et les déguster à votre convenance</p>
