Happy Day

Afternoon Steemit,


**Yesterday I wrote about how I was feeling and how I felt [anxiety](https://steemit.com/anxiety/@platinum-blue/anxiety-rears-its-ugly-head-again) was returning. I knew that day would pass… Thank God!**

# Happy Day

I feel so much better after yesterday. Yesterday was such a horrible day. I felt so down and so low. I’m glad I managed to sleep it off and to wake up feeling much better. I feel happy today. It has been a lovely, sunny day. *I’m pretty sure the sun has something to do with it considering I’ve had about 10 months without feeling the warmth on my body*. I went out to the seaside and did I bit of holiday shopping. *Retail therapy works wonders!* I don’t feel snappy or irritable. It’s just nice I can enjoy today and actually look forward to the future. I can’t wait to get away on my holiday next week. Nothing that anyone says can make you feel better when you are suffering. I just kept myself away from the world. I’m glad I went out. I took my gorgeous sports car out and I loved driving with the music up. 


**I just hope I go a long time now without having a down day. If any of you have suffered, you will know how unpleasant it is. It feels so soul destroying. I’m really looking forward to see my best friend and her newborn baby girl tomorrow. She means the world to me. Just want to say thank you for all the support I have had off everyone. It really did help.**
