Sunlight is considered to be one of the main source of Prana. As there are few plats which can survive on sunlight alone, it is also possible for a person to survive on sunlight.</strong></p>

<p>There have been multiple examples of such cases.</p>
<ul>
  <li>Prahalad Jani is a man who claims that he has not eaten from last 70 years and he currently 83 years old. Few researches were organised and he was kept under observation for 15 days,</li>
  <li>A person from Israel survived for 8 days without food and water.</li>
  <li>A report from 1669 claims that a woman survived 12 months fast.</li>
  <li>Jasmuheen can go on fastening for months even drining a drop of water.</li>
</ul>
<p>There are 100s of examples of such cases and people.</p>

I find it very tough to balance out my energy when fasting.  I may try it again but it has not worked well for me before.  Interesting post.

very true. I also can't fast, if I do I start loosing weight. But, I think, people practice to take energy from Prana which allows taking energy from Sun.
I have been with people talking about some yogas/meditation which in turn slows down our breathing and heart rate and saves energy.
Started following you - I hope we will discuss about these kind of topics or some other interesting genres :)

Absolutely fascinating topic! I think if humanity understood "carnsim" better in association w the "law of correspondence" and start to move towards a plant-based diet, then possibly consuming "air" and even light (as some of these early pioneers have shown is possible) Then humanity could possibly go to fourth density and beyond. Fasting and a plant-based diet are the secret to living dis-ease free. I have been fasting everyday for 18 hours a day for a month. I have never felt better!
