Steemd.com update #2: content folding, UI & URL schema improvements

Updates to [steemd.com](https://steemd.com) this week include:

 - Content folding (truncate long posts, click-to-reveal)
 - Compatibility with steemit.com URL structure
 - Design tweaks ('tightening up' and cleanup)
 - Cleanup of the "advanced mode" post command

Links bring up "Your connection is not secure" warning in Firefox. Gotta fix that invalid security certificate! :)

Aw, really? I'm using [Let's Encrypt](https://letsencrypt.org/) and I thought everything was looking fine! 

IIRC, the main issue with their certs is that they don't play nicely with Windows XP sometimes. Are you on XP?
