<h1><center>What Does Decentralization Mean To Me</center></h1>
Hello Steemian. 
As a lay person about decentralization, I understand it in a simple way that happens to me. I still remember when I first bought a train ticket using the online system before Lebaran day. When I left for the train station my ticket was lost. I was very confused because all the tickets were gone and even the ticket brokers were gone. In that confusion I remember that with an online system there must be a data base in the railroad company. I came to the office and asked. How happy when they could help after I took care of the lost administration through the police who were near the station. The Train gave me a ticket replacement letter and I was able to return home thanks to the data base on this computer system.
it all reminds me of what we are familiar with as a decentralized system like the Steem we love.
Steem community make us brave to open our idea. Whatever we want to say. Just Say it. We have freedom here. It is a happiness when @theycallmedan has initiative to speak loud what our opinion about decentralization. If you want to join this initiative you can get more info by read this post.

As Steemians we are certainly proud to be members of a community that uses a blockchain base and is decentralized. This is the advantage of this platform. Of course we will refuse if there is then a group of people who want to change into a centralized platform. we have experience and it is still fresh in our memories of how you Tube removes posting from unwanted youtubers. Even we also still want a platform that sells personal data to third parties. That is why we must continue to be courageous in using decentralization as our mainstay.
In my thinking, I define decentralization as an abbreviation of each letter used.
Decentralization consists of 16 letters. We can interpret this freely. Even @theycallmedan also said there was no problem right or wrong about our thinking. But our courage to express in accordance with the understanding we have.
Here is the meaning of the word decentralization in my opinion
<b>1. Database</b>
Whatever is done both in the form of financial transactions, posts, rewards are recorded in the ledger. this is a breakthrough that may not be corrupted.

  <b>2. Equality</b>
 All are treated equally. The principle of equality applies to all service users. no one can profit without being able to share with all members of the community. By holding the principle of international equality will make people feel one thing in common. 
 
<b>3. Connectivity</b>
All is well connected so that no one can avoid communication

<b>4. Egalitarian</b>
No one feels discriminated against in a decentralized system. Everyone has a parallel. There are no owners and employees. there are no rulers and no masters. All have their respective roles and have the same accuracy to grow and develop.
  
  <b>5. No Censorship</b>
No one can censor in any way or form. All are free and there are no people or entities that limit.

<b>6. Transparent</b>
Everyone can find out without anyone covering up. We can track it at Steemd.com. There will not be changed. All can edit but will not be able to change what is recorded.

<b>7. Real time</b>
Transaction data will immediately be found out with transaction history that is immediately visible in real time. With this decentralized transaction record, it is almost impossible for a database of hundreds or thousands of computers to be hacked or damaged easily

<b>8. A big way to the future</b>
I believe that in the future people will inevitably be very closely related to the decentralized system. so if it is still not used in various fields it is only a matter of time. I am sure that in a short time all centralized systems will shift to decentralization

<b>9. Luck and hard working meet</b>
We will be able to match our fortune with the hard work we do. Decentralization in Steem, for example, can be a way for us to look for luck, but of course it is not only good luck. need hard work and simultaneous consistency, so we are closer to the great fortune.

<b>10.Innovation </b>
Decentralization is always filled with innovation. The development of increasingly sophisticated technology increasingly complements various innovations and inventions that occur up to the  decentralization will be an urgent need.

<b>11. Zero erase</b>
In decentralization it is impossible for someone to be able to delete a post without leaving a trace. We can track easily without obstacles by opening Steemd.com. There all types of transactions that occur are clearly recorded.
  
  <b>12. A community in believe each other</b>
The trust of a community is a necessity that will be experienced by everyone. All is needed so that we can grow together in a large family that supports one another.
  
  <b>13. Treatment well</b>
Everyone will get a good treatment so that will foster trust and support each other. We must not cheat for our personal interests and ignore the greater interests.
  
  <b>14. Interest not for a group</b>
  In decentralization all interests are left to all community members together. if the community grows well then surely all members will also grow well. we cannot aim only for our personal or group interests. We must think about the great goal we will achieve together.
    
<b>15. Open minded</b>
We need to take an open minded attitude. we cannot think narrowly without seeing greater insight. We want to grow as a giant umbrella that can overshadow all members and have a good effect on everyone throughout the world.
  
  <b>16. No ownership</b>
In decentralization it is not a business entity controlled by one or several shareholders. Or it can be said in decentralization that we are all owners. We have to be responsible for what we do so that everyone will share responsibility in accordance with their respective roles and positions.
