Hola apreciados amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que hayan pasado un hermoso día, quiero en esta ocasión compartir con todos un delicioso plato, el PASTICHO DE MADURO.

Lo primero que debemos hacer es colocar a cocinar carne molida sazonada muy delicadamente con aliños y salsas.

Paralelo a la cocción de la carne, tomamos unos plátanos maduros y le quitamos la concha, para luego picarlos en tajadas y freírlos en aceite caliente.

En este punto les digo mis apreciaos lectores, que fue inevitable no agarrar unas tajadas ya fritas y comer con queso rallado jejeje. Cuando ya la carne y las tajadas estaban listas, tomamos un molde y empezamos a preparar capas de la siguiente manera: se colocó una capa de tajadas fritas en la base del molde, seguidamente se cubren con carne molida, después agregamos queso amarillo y queso mozzarella, se sigue repitiendo el procedimiento hasta completar el molde.
