no , what this is about is about the politics ... and that part i can keep short ... you can check who voted on who for witness , as its an open blockchain there's no secrets so i'm not gonna be calling out names here to promote

(yea on steemit, what do i care about your government, probably as much as i do about mine)

don't use *all* your votes, just vote when you think it would be useful , pragmactical (as i always say and that's not a spelling mistake) not on hot air, or just cos you have them. 
As smallfry its the most powerful votes you have, consider them a long-term investment PLUS, you can take all of them back at ANY time :)
