Today I thought I share some pictures from my vacation to Bornholm, kind of a part 3 and it will be all about birds of prey 🦅 so Enjoy!

The birds of prey used in the Bornholm Birds of Prey Show are riveting to watch – in a setting which is captivating in its own right!

Our falconer presents the birds of prey
At the Bornholm Birds of Prey Show, our falconer presents the beautiful raptors, featuring a variety of birds, including owls, falcons, eagles and vultures flying wherever they please, including very close to the spectators. 
If you are lucky, you might even be allowed to hold a bird of prey on your hand!

Such a beautiful view and the eagle is just majestic and gtaceful 😍🦅

The Bornholm Birds of Prey Show uses daily flying displays and an exhibition to teach you a little more about the wonderful world of birds for an entertaining and educational experience. The Bornholm Birds of Prey Show has lots on offer – including a unique wildlife setting with brook, lakes, rocky outcroppings and, of course, the beautiful birds of prey.

This was such a cool experience and I have to say the birds are HUGE 🦅 and I wasn't all calm with them flying over my head 🙈 especially not this next pteditor... OMG.. Vulture!

Still the Vulture came a little to close to me and I got a bit nervous 😜 lol

Me to the right taking by my dad... But to really give you the picture I will share a video clip I took of this Vulture and why I got a bit nervous.

<h6>And YES... It is a kids shoe that the Vulture is taking and he seemed very interrested in our feets, why he had to be fedd so much 😁 lol </h6>

Good thing they ended with a beautiful owl that made us all take a Relieved sigh 🤪 LOL

I love all thing nature, and to learn about animals is always exciting and especially birds of prey as its not often you get a chance to actually see them up close.

In bad weather, the Bornholm Birds of Prey Show simply moves to an indoor aviary where the birds of prey can be displayed. 
An indoor section with a fireplace also features a small café offering food and drinks.

Again I have to say... If you ever come to Denmark I recomend that you visit Bornholm as well, one of the most beautiful Islands to visit and much to see.
