In our day-to-day life we have to face so many difficulties and problems. It may be due to improper English or it may be poor vocabulary as well. Again another thing is that due to lack of soft skills as well as hard skills. So, friends in this articles we are discussing about skills :-





What does skills exactly means?

Friends, every person has atleast one skill which he/she has to identify from himself/herself. If you identify your those skills then you will reach the sky. Some people expert in writing, reading or playing cricket. Few examples are 

Sachin Tendulkar (Cricket),


 Lata Mangeshkar (Singing),


 Kishore Kumar (Singing) etc.
 





There are mainly two types of skills :-



1. Soft Skills.


2. Hard Skills.




Let's first discuss about Soft Skills :-

Soft Skills are those skills which is god gift to us and then further we develop it is known as soft skills. Very few people  who has soft skills as mentioned in the above examples.
But only having soft skills is not required we should have some more qualities which is mentioned as follows :-



1. Communication Skills- If we communicate properly to the audience then it can be said that we have proper knowledge about soft skills.


2. Listening carefully - We have to first listen the speaker and then we have ask our doubt to him/her. If you are a good listener then you will definitely become good speaker.  



Come to our next skill i.e. hard skill :-

Hard skills are those skills which we develop in later period. 90% of people having hard skill and remaining 10% of people having hard skill.

Important to note that Every people having soft skills should have hard skills as well but every people who have hard skills does not have soft skill.



So, in the next article we will discuss briefly about remaining points of soft skills and we will discuss brief about hard skills......
