Europe Summer body Vanity is gone. Love Yourself and Your body all 4 Seasons

As soon as Summer approaches You start seeing everyone super excited posting their Summer body pictures. 

So shallow. 

As soon as the season finish a lot of that people stop caring about their body health and image and just covered themselves with layers and layers of clothes until the next year.

That is so sad and everyone should be focus in having an healthy body all year long and they should be loving themselves no matter the amount of clothes they were.

We need to stop promoting the idea that when we were less clothes and other people can see our bodies we need to be more fit just for their pleasure. Instead we need to promote the idea of being healthy and comfortable in our own bodies all 365 days of the Year.

Yeah I love going to the gym, just not these last few weeks as I’ve had loads of work to do for my degree, maybe tomorrow could be the day I start back
