Breakfast is a quick hand. Tasty and nutritious pancakes.

**Ingredients:**
 - egg chicken 2 pieces
 - salt 1 teaspoon
 - sugar 3 tablespoons
 - milk 1 cup
 - wheat flour 1 cup
 - powder for the cookie 1 teaspoon
 - cocoa 2 tablespoons
 - vanilla sugar
 - vegetable oil - 1/4 cup

1. Eggs beat up with sugar and salt until the appearance of foam.
2. Add a glass of milk, whisk well, gradually pour in flour, constantly breaking the lumps with a whisk.
3. Pour in the oil (can be replaced with melted creamy).
4. Add cocoa and vanilla sugar.
5. Add the powder for the cookie and mix well again. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time, heat the frying pan.
6. Fry over moderate heat without oil. As soon as the bubbles appear and start to burst, turn the pancakes and fry another 20 seconds.
