The "BirdDog": Original Art

Hello, everyone :)

I was browsing through some old and dusty files on my desktop and realized that I have a bunch of sketches from over the years.

They're just sitting around, being seen by literally nobody, doing no good whatsoever.

# So why not let you guys see them? :D

This is a BirdDog.

Being a game developer, just about anything I draw is either intended for a game or will end up being used in a game.

This strange species is no exception.

**The BirdDog** is intended to be a early/mid-level monster for a RPG I've been mulling over for years.

It is a mix of the most *beefy* of Hawaiian pit-bulls and the Shoebill Stork, which is a super cool and super freaky bird.

Very interesting sketch.  I used to draw back in the day.  Also definitely an interesting bird as well. lol.  In a strange way kind of want one. Lol. But anyways I think it'd be cool to see more sketches! :)

That's some really awesome work. If it was up to me, I would change the front legs to evolved wings like the ones on the picture below. This would add a bit more bird/dinosaur to the equation and would give the creature an additional weapon and additional out-of-this-world-ness.
