Hola amigos de Steemit, he estado muy alejada del grupo, el internet me tenia loca, la mala señal el ir y venir de la conexión no me dejaba hacer nada! Sin embargo para hoy prepare unos cuantos tips que nos ayudaran a economizar y sobre todo a solucionar problemas de salud. Siempre he sido muy naturopata, me encantan los remedios caseros, gracias a lo que aprendí con mi abuela materna, asi le cure el asma alérgica a mi hijo para siempre. En esta oportunidad ocurrió una infección intestinal. Asi que prepare 3 remedios alternos., ![WP_20180317_005.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmctTsEGXd2NCQHmCKELF5AQhtyhAJhgZQdWvyq5jNSUSN/WP_20180317_005.jpg)el primero ajo pelado y semi triturado en aceite vegetal con albahaca, el ajo y la albahaca tienen propiedades desparasitante y antibiótico, y el aceite ayuda a limpiar las paredes intestinales. Se consume un ajo como pastilla tragado 2 veces al dia por 3 dias. ![IMG-20180317-WA0001.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmPE4aaYC8AsDDTYTKiAsWn1SLCar1bftwz3ehACzfrmmH/IMG-20180317-WA0001.jpg)  El segundo es preparar una esterogermina para reconstruir la flora intestinal y las sales minerales. Se hierve una taza de agua potable por 5 min. Se le agrega 1 cucharada sopera de bicarbonato de sodio y se deja hervir por 2 minutos más.
