【CN区美食活动#3】—甜品 — 低调的小吃：钵仔糕

由于台风“山竹”的原因，今天才有时间静静地在家做吃的，今天给大家带来的甜品是一款在广东很传统也很街边很接地气的小吃，相信大家也不用猜，就知道它就是——钵仔糕！

钵仔糕的做法和材料都很简单，但它却有着千变万化的搭配方式。粤语“钵仔”是小碗的意思，这款小吃就是盛载在这样的钵仔上面蒸制而成。粉浆结合椰汁、红糖可以做成白色、红色的糕，再搭配上不同的配料，如：红豆、绿豆、椰果、西米、玉米、红枣、桂花、椰蓉、各式水果等，可以做出不同的钵仔糕。

以前小时候学校旁边就有卖钵仔糕的，5毛钱一件（对于小学生来说，那时候5毛钱可以买很多零食），那时已经是很高档的零食了，但是现在很少看到有卖的了，听朋友说有些地方还有卖，但涨价到3块钱一件了。其实花10块钱买材料就可以吃到饱了，所以今天我们一起来学做钵仔糕吧。

> 首先讲一下配方：

木薯粉200g、澄粉50g、水400g、白糖100g、红豆20g、油少量。

> 做法：

1.我们先要煮一下红豆，这个比较花时间，所以要提前做，把洗好的红豆放到电饭煲，设置煮粥模式，煮40分钟，目的是要把红豆煮软，但不能煮烂，否则就变红豆沙了。

2.称量木薯粉、澄粉，一边加入200g的水，一边搅拌，直到粉浆没有颗粒。

3.剩下的200g水放在锅里烧开，加入白糖，等糖融化后即可关火，放凉后加入到粉浆中搅拌均匀。

4.接下来我们准备钵仔，万能的X宝买的一套玻璃的钵仔，在表面涂上少许油，目的是为了好脱模，放入煮好的红豆。

5.加入我们调好的粉浆，大概加到2/3的位置，然后放入已经烧开水的蒸笼里面蒸15分钟。

6.等待15分钟，可以出锅了，不过还要等待它们冷静下来。凉透之后的钵仔糕中间是凹下去的，这是它所特有的造型，用牙签沿碗边转一圈，然后一挑就出来了，在上面撒上椰蓉口感更好，也更好看。

这个配方可以做大约16个钵仔糕，希望大家喜欢这款甜品，不多说了，我要大吃10个。
