It takes a lot of discipline to plan something and then to go through with it and to bring it up again and again all the more energy. This can make a #100DayChallenge even harder for yourself than you thought. To receive good encouragement or motivating words as well as moral support from like-minded people is sometimes worth more than from one's beloved fellow human beings. Because fellow sufferers and comrades know more about overcoming themselves and can possibly even give you good tips that can help you further. This facilitates the motivation to be applied and lets us jointly keep the goal in focus.

One way is to report it publicly, but without feedback it feels like nothing. If you write about it on Steemit and get some cryptos for it, it feels better already.

<h2>Gemeinsam</h2>
Sich was vor zu nehmen und dies dann auch durchzuziehen braucht sehr viel Disziplin und diese auch immer wieder aufzubringen um so mehr Energie. Das kann eine #100DayChallenge um so härter für einem selber machen als das man sich gedacht hat. Guten Zuspruch oder motivierende Worte so wie moralische Unterstützung von gleichgesinnten zu erhalten ist manchmal mehr wert als von seinen geliebten Mitmenschen. Denn Leidensgenossen und Genossinen verstehen mehr von der eigenen Überwindung und können einem evtl. sogar noch gute Tipps geben die einem weiter helfen. Das erleichtert die aufzubringende Motivation und lässt uns gemeinsam das Ziel im Fokus behalten.

Der eine Weg dahin ist sicherlich darüber öffentlich zu berichten aber ohne ein Feedback fühlt es sich so nach Nichts an. Wenn man auf Steemit darüber berichtet und ein paar Kryptos dafür erhält, dann wächst die Motivation stärker dazu.

<h2>Find each other</h2>
But to support each other you have to find each other first. This is plausible but easier said than done. Of course, social media can be very effective here, as networking on certain topics works very well. Traditionally, the tags that are now used in every social media work to identify certain topics. For the "100 Day Challenge" the day #100DayChallenge has established itself here on Steemit as well as on Twitter or Instagram. In this way, like-minded or suffering comrades can be found on the corresponding platforms and networked and exchanged.

But Steemit offers further possibilities, which do not only concern the exchange and motivation. How about supporting all the Steemians who take part in the #100DayChallenge and reward them with upvotes?

Um sich gegenseitig zu unterstützen muss man sich aber erst sich auch gegenseitig finden. Das ist zwar einläuchtend aber einfacher gesagt als getan. Da können natürlich Social-Medias sehr gut greifen, da die Vernetzung über gewisse Themen sehr gut funktionieren. Da funktionieren traditioneller weise die Tags, die mittlerweile in jedem Social-Media verwendet werden, besonders um gewisse Themen zu kennzeichnen. Für die "100 Day Challenge" hat sich der Tag #100DayChallenge sich hier auf Steemit so wie unter anderem auf Twitter oder Instagram etabliert. So lassen sich Gleichgesinnte oder Leidensgenossen auf den entsprechenden Plattformen finden und sich vernetzten und austauschen.

Doch Steemit bietet da noch weitere Möglichkeiten, die nicht nur den Austausch und Motivation betrifft. Wie wäre es wenn man alle die Steemians unterstützt, die an der #100DayChallenge mitmachen und diese durch Upvotes belohnt?
