Warsaw in Winter - Shades of Grey
<h2>The predominantly grey concrete blocks of Warsaw seem to fade into the bleak winter sky.</h2>

I walked around the central area of Warsaw taking a few pictures that capture the gloomy mood of the city on a cold winter day.  

Despite being ugly and foreboding on first glance, the architecture of Warsaw is actually rather interesting and imposing.  There are always secret views to stumble across, some interesting relics from the Communist past, scattered elegance and beauty.

**Szare betonowe bloki Warszawy rozpływają się w ponure zimowe niebo.**

Chodziłem po centralnej części Warszawy robiąc zdjęcia, które uchwyciły ponury nastrój miasta w mroźny zimowy dzień.

Na pierwszy rzut oka Warszawa może wydawać się brzydka i przygnębiająca, ale spójrz jeszcze raz! Architektura Warszawy jest dość interesująca i imponująca. Zawsze można znaleźć tajne widoki, ciekawe relikty z komunistycznej przeszłości, rozproszoną elegancję i piękno.

The Soviets loved that particular style of architecture!  The Palace of Culture & Science in Warsaw is my favourite building, but it is quite controversial, as some Polish people see it as symbol of Russian occupation and even want to tear it down.

Architecture has always a huge space in my eyes. I like your writing its brief and i also like your pictures ~ it has interesting angle especially the reflection shots _(its clever)_. Night shot are awesome as well especially the one with ghosting passers-by. Thanks for sharing @sroka87😊
