#### The SP Achievement Pledge Project
Powering up is one the most important steps in building the value and influence of Steem. It’s a long term investment strategy which is very beneficiary to the Steemian and the Steem community. When Steemians #powerup, their vote value increases and increase in vote value means increase in influence and consequent increase in followers; hence increase in the number of upvotes for the steemian powering up. 
It is for this reason that @steem-cameroon has embarked on a 100K SP Project that aims at powering up her account to 100k SP within a two years period.

To realize her 100k SP goal, the Steem Cameroon Team initiated the Cameroon Steemit Njangi and 100K SP/Shares Program wherein every week, Njangi members contribute 1SBD and hand over one beneficiary who uses 50% of the Njangi funds for his/her personal use and the remaining 50% to power-up @steem-cameroon.

The 100K SP Project is a pledge by @steem-cameroon to be realized before May 2023.  Besides realizing her pledge via the Cameroon Steemit Njangi, the team further pledged to use all her post payouts to power up her account. We believe with 100K SP, we will be able reward all Cameroonian steemians with juicy upvotes and give them the support they require.

#### The activity is becoming more rewarding with the Steemit Team pledging Cameroonian Steemians powering up, over $1000 worth upvotes. In her most recent feedback, @steemcurator01 has pledged to support Cameroonian Steemians powering up over 50% of their earnings. 
It’s against this motivation and support that @steem-cameroon is launching the **SP Achievement Pledge Program** so that Cameroonian steemians can pledge to power up 50% of their earnings as well as set a target SP they want to achieve within a particular time frame.  
###### These steemians will be labelled by @steem-cameroon with (SPAPP) for easy identification and support by the Steemit Team.

# How to participate in the SP Achievement Pledge Project (SPAPP)
The first phase of SPAPP will run from now till December 2021 and will require Cameroonian steemians to pledge as follows;
1.	Set the a target SP you hope to achieve between now and the end of December 2021 The duration of your target SP can be a month, two months, a week or till December 2021 e.g. *I pledge to reach 500 SP by December 2021 or I pledge to reach 15K SP by September2021*
2.	Write *”I (steemit username), pledge to reach **X** SP (X is your target SP) by 31/12/2021”* on a piece of paper e.g. *“I, @steem-cameroon pledge to hit 50K SP by 31/12/2021”*
3.	Hold your pledge paper and take a picture.
4. The title of your post should be your pledge e.g. *I, @thegreens pledge to power-up to 15k SP by September 2021 | The SP Achievement Pledge Program*
4.	Make a post about your pledge and publish it in the [Steem Cameroon Community](https://steemit.com/trending/hive-195150)
5.	In your post, tell us how you plan to achieve your SP Pledge e.g. I will realize my pledge by powering up 50% or 100% of my steem rewards, or via the Cameroon Steemit Njangi, or any other means you will take to achieve your SP goal. 6.	The SP Achievement Pledge Post should use the following tags as their primary tags; #spapp #sppledge #powerup50pc #spud4steem #cameroon #steemit #promo-steem
7.	Participants of the SP Achievement Pledge Project further pledge to write at least 03 reports every month, detailing how much progress they have made towards achieving their SP goal. These reports can be done on a weekly basis and detail how much has been powered up and the strategies used for the power-up.
8.	Participants of SPAPP pledge not to power down their accounts between now and December 2021.
