New Reward Edition Cards!

The Season and Daily Quest Rewards will now switch from Beta edition booster packs to the **New Reward Edition Cards**!

The Reward Edition cards will look like, and be worth the same amount of XP as the Beta edition cards. They will have the same rarities, gold foil versions, and require the same amount of cards to be combined to reach each level as the Beta edition cards.

### *New Season Rewards:*


Bronze III = 5 cards
Bronze II = 10 cards
Bronze I = 15 cards
Silver III = 20 cards
Silver II = 25 cards
Silver I = 30 cards
Gold III = 35 cards
Gold II = 40 cards
Gold I = 45 cards
Diamond III = 50 cards
Diamond II = 65 cards
Diamond I = 80 cards
Champion III = 100 cards
Champion II = 125 cards
Champion I = 150 cards

The daily quest rewards will now also scale up based on your league. This means that players who have reached the Champion league will earn more cards from their daily quests than players in the Diamond league, who will earn more than players in the Gold league, and so on.


### *New Daily Quest Rewards:*

Bronze - 1 card
Silver - 5 cards
Gold - 10 cards
Diamond - 15 cards
Champion - 20 cards

Friendly Monsters have increased Speed.

I like the new cards, but this is far from being the optimal solution. I would love to see again rewards in booster packs, or why not, a combination of reward cards and booster packs. What do you think about this idea?

I think there was too much Booster Pack farming going on so they decided to change the reward into single new cards.
Booster Packs will ve back as a reward but probably more in form of contests and tournaments.

maybe the option to add 1 level to a common up to level 3 then half level, quater level, 8th as it goes up further...

I honestly do not think that giving more daily rewards for higher leagues is good.
It will just increase the difference of potential between new players and old ones...
It looks like a Pay to Win then...
Kind of disappointed, there is no chance to catch up against top players without paying hundreds of $ now...

We already had the season rewards for higher leagues (this was fair imo).

I'm feeling the same way but it still may be too early but the fact that Bronze only gets 1 card a day now instead of 5 (from a pack) seems unlikely to incentivize more gameplay.

I'm pretty sure that the reason hat bronze players only get a single card is because many people used multiple accounts at low level to farm rewards, so now they at least require some effort before they get a decent amount of cards this way.

But you'd still have no way of levelling up a core deck without spending literally hundreds of dollars. Icreasing the supply of the new cards even further is not going to help at all, it'll just make them have even less value.

We need a gameplay mechanic to make progress... who on earth is going to want to start playing the game with the current structures... investors?! *chuckles*

One of the best things was that normal players could earn their cards rather than buying them. Suddenly we have a two league system where those who purchase packs will be able to level up the beta packs while the ordinary players will only have access to a limited stack of cards. Bad move in my view

 also take a look at level 4 to 5....thats a down grade if the monster is being hit by magic a pair of 2 power attacks takes him out and a recharge after the shield is gone only goes to 4!
And essentially it will cost you 27 cards to downgrade and since its over 80 cards to get to level 6 from level 4, 

and no packs can be earned through game play, I predict we will never see a leveled up to even 8, non-gold card fire beetle. EVER!!!

I am having a hard time with the new rewards rules. I started my quest in the silver level, finished my daily quest in the bronze level and only got one card for a reward. Is the reward based on where you finish or where you start. I was in the silver level for the previous 27 hours.

The lowest tier rewards are to constrictive to deck building a lot of users will not be able to move past bronze with their current cards and will need a bit more incentive to grow and get addicted to aiming for the higher tiers.

Perhaps an accumulation feature every 5 beat quests or 5 days worth of promos a beta booster is given out in the lower tiers that would promote fair play and consistent interaction.

i.e 
win 1 battle with each splinter in an 8 hour period .. get a card
win 5 battles in a row in a day -- get a card
level up 2 times in a day -- get a card
win 5 melee battles -- get a card
win 5 small Mana battles -- get a card
win 5 silent summoner battles - get a card

Quick elimination tourney for players of a certain rank (no one from other ranks):
signup limited registration when registration full, double elimination tourney 128 plays would take under 30 minutes, 1 min to choose your team on each round, 2 minutes to watch.

Winner gets a 3 beta cards, 2nd 2, 3rd gets 1
