When God made it rain with skills and talents, Iligan Steemians were definitely out with basins to catch it all. The "SteemPh Iligan Weekly Featured Posts" showcases the Iligan Steemians' skills and talents in terms of Poetry, Music and Art. This initiative is created to help Iliganon poets, musicians, artists to express, be exposed and to encourage them to create and share their hidden skills and talents here in Steemit. This compilation is open for Cebuano, Filipino and English Languages. The featured posts will receive a 100% upvote from both @steemph.iligan and @steemph.curator.

Only five (5) posts will be featured per week. This is to comply to @steemph.curator's effort in rewarding good/ high-quality posts of Steemians in each @steemph hubs with upvotes.

### To qualify
*For the Weekly Art featured post, Your drawings/paintings/digital art or etc* :

- must be in a step-by-step process on how you created the masterpiece.
- must be composed of not less than 300 words to explain further the process of creation.
- must not be less than 3 attached photos to emphasize context
- must not be more than 7 days and not less than 1 hour old by the time of compilation
- must tag both #steemph and #philippines

>Mob Psycho 100 is a Japanese web manga created by ONE in the early year of 2012.
Shigeo Kageyama, an average middle school boy, is the protagonist in this story. He has this poker slash straight face and is nicknamed as Mob which means background character. Contrary to his physical looks, Mob is a powerful esper to the extent that it becomes more dangerous as he grows older.

>As we've all know, Joker is indeed one of the most popular Supervillain characters simply because of the way he is. You know, the way he does things which is on the new level. I'm not really a fan of Joker but I do see him as a very iconic character.
