I've also been here 7 months...and half of my followers are *dead*. I hope I'm not killing them! ;)

Fundamentally we have a great concept here, in fact I would say it's genuinely revolutionary. We do have a few problems that need to be ironed out, both in terms of user interface as well as social/economic problems. We have many invested minds being applied to solving these problems though, and I think they are all very solvable with time.

I've been here just for about a month and did my first powering up a few days ago. It's worth a try. I'm not so young but I'm always looking to the future ;)

Congrats on 7 months!  Looks like we joined within 1 or 2 weeks of each other.  I'm starting to think about a Steemit birthday celebration video to help promote the site. Time really has flown by!  WOW.

I'm waiting for my account to be a year old so I can write one of these posts. I remember Tsu too, I gave it a try an left because of the poor content from people looking to just profit and having very little to offer. 

I've been saying for some time that we need to have the ability to mute/follow tags, that way people whose native language is not English can just filter out the information that is not good for them. That way, if you only speak Spanish, you can actively follow that tag while muting the tags for other languages.

Hey good post Ive only been on Steem a month and haven't seen everything yet. I play guitar too and posted a few videos it's cool seeing people involved with the same interest as you. I guess thats what social networking is all about but I seem to find myself in a cave alot of the times thinking im the only one here lol

Congratulations, @steevc. It's nice to see a TSU veteran do well on Steemit. It would be nice to see more and more Steemit folks over here. I see so many drifting from one platform to another. Did you post many photos over at TSU? or were your posts there more like your short perspectives here on Steemit? Here's to your continued march up the Steemit charts!

Congratulations! Only been here a little over a month, but there seems to be a lot of potential here... was on TSU, as well... been on about 60 revenue sharing sites since 1999; hopeful that Steemit might be the exception to all the failures and meltdowns. Hopefully we can build a community of real content creators and avoid (or contain) the locust swarm of "clicking for cash" people who tend to kill sites like this.
