ファシリテーター研修・サロン開催

今年度受講した『会議ファシリテーター研修』の最終回は実践版、サロンの開催です。

サロンというのは合意形成型会議のこと。進行役は会議ファシリテーターが務めます。

『性別、世代を超えた子育て交流会』

と銘打ったサロンのテーマは

「子供時代をより豊かに過ごすためのアイデアを出し合おう」

ということで、幼いお子さん連れの方にも参加してもらうことになっています。

午後１時からの開催にむけて、９時から研修生全員で会場の設営をしました。

風船を天井に張ったテープや壁にとめたり、薄紙でつくった花を散らしたり…

一般参加の方に、リラックスして楽しんでもらうために飲み物とお菓子も大事な小道具です。

参加する方に渡す会議資料などは一切ありません。

グループ単位で自由に意見を出し合って、合意形成しながら意見をまとめていくのがサロンのやり方です。

“気楽に楽しく中身濃く”が合言葉。

子供たちが心豊かに育っていくためのアイデアを全員がお菓子をつまみながら捻り出しました。

そして、グループ毎にそれをまとめて発表します。

このサロンは市の協働推進課の主催です。

今日出されたアイデアが、今後どのような形で市の施策に活かされるか見守っていきたいと思います。
