<h1>Community&nbsp;</h1>
<p><strong>steemit is a powerful, modern, peaceful, independent, self-governed platform of knowlegde</strong>, and I am very happy and proud to be part of it.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I was introduced to steemit three months ago by my best friend @knircky and am endlessly thankful he did. Writing always was part of my life, but I never had the chance to bring it out. Now I have.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I´ve already met soooo many nice people, read countless amazing stories and learned sooooo much!<br>
steemit´s community is unique. I´ve never been on any other platform which was self-organized in such a professional way. <strong>Thumbs up!&nbsp;</strong></p>
<h1>Self-development&nbsp;</h1>
<p>In the course of time I started writing poems. Actually in the beginning it was just a try, but really entertaining. I never imagined these rhymes would get such a good feedback. Actually it seems like the #poetry section became the cool section - this is at least what you told me @macksby :-)) Anyway, I am very happy to fill it from time to time.<br>
<br>
<strong>steemit is a big chance for any storyteller in the World.</strong> Everybody has the same opportunties and space to develop her/himself into the direction she/he wants to.&nbsp;</p>
<h1>Chance &nbsp;</h1>
<p>I really hope that steemit will recover from the economic point of view. It has the potential to be another globally recocgnized killer application. With regards to content it would be much better than any of the already established social media platforms. In fact, steemit is not social media, and it´s good that it´s not.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>steemit tells stories and not just status updates</strong></p>
<p>Everything always starts with the very first step. And we all know that the first one isn´t used to be the easiest one... <strong>So let´s keep the ball rolling - it´s all up to us!&nbsp;</strong></p>
