  <li>Creating a new page/portal title "Grow", that allows users to chose from a list of forms. (For now, we want to focus on the page/portal creation only, as the corresponding forms for each category of the page is not ready yet.)</li>
  <li>Add an announcement area at the topmost area across ulogs.org</li>
  <li>Add a new button, underneath all existing posts editors on ulogs.org</li>
  <li>Add a new button called 'U-Promote' to the bottom of the 'certified uloggers' posts only</li>
  <li>Add some button(s) underneath the comments created by 'certified uloggers' only</li>

<h3>1. Creating a new page/portal title "Grow", that allows users to chose from a list of forms.</h3>

<p>For this task, you will simply be adding new button(s) to the bottom of every comment created by 'certified uloggers'. One of the button is the <strong>'delegate' button </strong>(which already exists in our current code). The <strong>'delegate' button </strong>should be functional.&nbsp;</p>
<p>The second bottom is the <strong>'U-Promote' button</strong>. This is a newly-create button and is the same button refreshed earlier in <strong>task 4 </strong>above. This <strong>'U-Promote' button</strong> will be indicate a <strong>"Coming Soon" status</strong>, when users click on it.</p>
