Çörək ətri.

Bu gün evde olduğum üçün vaxtım çox idi və çörək bişirmək qərarına gəldim. Ayda bir, iki dəfə çörək bişirirəm, əslində daha tez-tez də bişirə bilərəm. Amma isti çörəyi pendirlə yeyib kökəlmək təhlükəsi olduğu üçün bunu etmirəm.
Çörək bişirmək maraqlı bir məşğuliyyətdir və ən azından bir-iki gün dükan çörəyi deyil, ev çörəyi yeyirsən.

Bəzən şəhərdə gəzərkən binaların qarşısından keçəndə burnuma evdə bişirilən çörəyin ətri dəyir, bu qoxu insanın yadına çox şeyi salır. Çörək ətrində nəsə səmimi bir şey var, onun nə olduğunu tapıb deyə bilmirəm.
Çörək bişirmək özü də xoş bir prosesidir, xəmir yoğurmaq, kündə tutmaq qadın əllərinə çox yaraşır.

Çörəyin müxtəlif növləri var, fransız,italyan, türk çörəkləri. Bunların hamısını bişirməyi öyrənmək yaxşı olardı.
Hələ ki, bu gün bişridiyim sadə, amma yumşaq və dadlı çörəyin şəkillərini paylaşacam.
Əslində diet saxladığım üçün guya çörək yeməməliyəm, amma bu çörəyin qırağından bir az kəsib yeməli oldum.
