🍲 Gluten-Free Pancakes

Do you have intolerance to gluten? Do you have to strictly control and monitor the presence of gluten in the food in your daily menu? And you love pancakes so much!

We are giving you a recipe for gluten-free pancakes, which not only do not yield to the gluten ones, they are even more delicious!

<b>Ingredients</b>
1 tsp. Almond oil
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 hrs. Milk
3/4 tsp. Fine sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. Backpacker
1/4 hrs. Potato starch
1/4 hrs. Almond flour
1/4 hrs. Buckwheat flour
1 3/4 hrs. Sorghum flour
1 hrs. Water
2 pcs. Eggs
4 tablespoons Coconut oil
1 tablespoon Honey

<b>Method of preparation</b>
<b>1.</b> Fry pan at medium temperature.
<b>2.</b> In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center and add the liquid ingredients to it. All the ingredients are stirred well until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained.
<b>3.</b> Pancakes are fried and after they sprinkle with the prepared jam for filling.
