I do not exactly what these oils are, but by their enthusiasm in the video they seem to be pretty cool hehehe. I do not understand, because I am not so proficient in the English language when I hear someone speak. I can read very well, but to hear it is more difficult, because, as you speak fast, the words begin to gather for me hehehe.

I love my oils, but have been very warm of ingesting any yet, simply because they are so potent. I'm curious about the capsule method. Do you put carrier oil in the capsule as well?

Oooo! I LOVE my diffuser! Do you notice a difference ingesting essential oils?  I very seldom use frankincence because I'd probably have to rob a bank to afford a bottle here in SA where we have additional import duties. I know a lot of moms that use the diffuser during homeschooling and see huge improvement in concentration and enthusiasm or calming of the children

If we are sick I see a big difference. Yes! I diffuse during school! And rub geneyus on them. It’s a kid scent and I put a roller ball on it. I use frank about every day. Not ingesting but applying. And I love to diffuse it on Shabbat.

Phew! *Finally* got to watch this video without interruptions. Thank you for sharing, even if the FDA has to put a damper on what you can and can’t say. We all know what their real mission is. Hey btw, did you watch any of that docu-series an American homestead was promoting? 
I’ve been using the regular frankincense. Didn’t know there was a sacred version! Is it a big deal if a carrier oil is used? Does it just help make a little go a long way?

Carrier oil just slows down and makes it last longer by diluting it. I use it straight usually.

Ok, I thought I heard somewhere that carrier oils are necessary for some because they can be too strong?? I’ve been using mine straight.
