*League of Legends has already welcomed the pre-season 2020, or what is the same, to the patch of version 9.23 of this popular MOBA. Some great changes come to the Summoner's Rift, in the words of Riot Games itself: "In many ways, this is our most ambitious preseason in years." *According to the official website of League of Legends, Aphelios springs from the shadow of the moon and wields weapons while killing the enemies of his faith, all under an unshakable silence. He is able to shoot cleanly with accurate aim, since emptiness is his ally. Not surprisingly, a poison prevents him from speaking, so his sister Alune guides him in the temple, "from where he sends an entire arsenal of moonstone weapons." He will always be accompanied, at least as long as the moon shines in the sky.*

*Aphelios and Alune are twin brothers who were born in the shelter of a moon eclipse. That is why the faithful of the Lunari tribe consider them children of destiny. While Aphelios obtained physical gifts, Alune enjoys magical powers.*

*The two brothers will become the sword of the Lunari, separated, but always together, because their souls "touched the veil", converged, became a single spirit. The balance of power in Targon has broken and the Solari have discovered the existence of the Lunari. What will happen next? Probably a new war and more battles. Aphelios and Alune will have to deploy their powers to protect what they love.*

*The other big news of the day is the arrival of the pre-season 2020 to the game, the Ascent of the Elements. The company has brought to light as usual a video that summarizes the most important developments.*

***One of the most relevant changes has to do with the Elemental Cracks.***

<ul>
<li> Now, after the second Elemental Dragon of the game dies, the map will be permanently transformed into one of the four Elemental Cracks (each with unique terrain changes that will affect the way you play in team battles, rotations, vision and control of objectives). </li>
<li> The Elemental Cracks do not favor a specific team, so players have control regardless of which one comes to life. </li>
<li> It is intended to ensure that the Cracks remain intuitive, even in the first game for rookies, so there is no new mechanics and terrain changes always occur in the same areas regardless of the element that appears. </li>
</ul>

***Other changes and general adjustments***

<ul>
<li> Added two new bends to the Crack, one in each side lane.</li>
<li> New weed areas near the blue enhancement that extend into the river.</li>
<li> Dragon Souls, a new reward at the end of the game for the team that wins the game of Elemental Dragon, a powerful reward similar to an epic goal.</li>
<li> Normalization of the duration of Ancestral and Barón to three minutes.</li>
<li> Update of the visual aspects of blue enhancement, red enhancement, burn effect of red enhancement, Hand of the Baron and Aspect of the dragon.</li>
<li> Slight adjustments to the XP of subjects.</li>
<li> Improves the turret lining a bit.</li>
<li> Changes of balance in various objects.</li>
