My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2019
Today was a make up day.
So much for power up week right guys.  But here is my run from my last healthy day

Been a bit sick n a bit depressed.  Trying to power up my #steemit account with my legs is a slow process.  Thanks again to @curie for the power up and @ctime for the boosts.
