I recently had the privilege of being commissioned to take some product shots for Oh Mabel‘s gorgeous line of bed linen.  Sarah Power owns and operates Oh Mabel, and creates all of the beautiful designs and has them ethically and sustainably printed on gorgeous organic cotton.

We had such fun working on this project from our pizza-and-chocolate planning dinner to a long day together tszujing pillows, ironing, bedroom styling (her, not me I confess…), and product shooting.

It was a pretty long day by anyone’s standards but even more so for Sarah who’s expecting “baby Mabel” (not it’s real name!) in July…  I felt for that lady bending over all day making beds, ironing, straightening, folding and fussing.  What a trooper.

I couldn’t spend all of that time amongst such beautiful products and not take any of it home with me!  I bought my sister a sheet set for her birthday (which she loves), a set for us (I love that pinwheel pattern!), and some “Ziggy-Zaggy” quilt covers (zig-zag side for the boys, pinwheel side for our bed).
They’re really lovely products, I can tell you that first hand :)
