Mystified was the right word for how she felt. Not one single moment she had not felt safe at her new home. If the boy and his dad weren't home the dog was and she had a good life with them. The boy teaches her about nature, the sun, moon and stars, the trees, plants, herbs, and animals. Respect was what he had told her to have for what nature gave them. We need mother earth more than she needs us so never forget to thank her. Just like he she did but out there at least one person should be who didn't care. He killed an emu, a fast bird. Why?

The boy seemed to be in thoughts and hadn't touched the dead bird not the chocolate wrap. "We leave it this way, exactly the way it is", he said while pulling her hand away as she tried intended to take it off the door. " Dad will take care of it, we have to leave now!"

"How can he?"

"He knows what to do. I left him a message, he will call the police."

It was up in the hills they went. A small cottage waited for them. It was a good place to be surrounded by nature, safe for the enemy. The boy hadn't mentioned but felt she was in danger. He wasn't sure who could hate her that much that he wanted her dead, kept hunting her. The doctor knew she was found by Bear buried alive. Why didn't he call the police at that time? He had wondered about it but didn't dare to ask. Doctors rarely liked to be questioned since they always knew better. The only thing the doctor said he agreed with was she needed help.
