Crypto Circle X – ICO Sale Structure
The Crypto Circle exchange service is getting ready to disrupt the market with a brand new service focused on providing top quality attention to a customer base that has been plagued by a number of ongoing issues when they need to manage their digital currencies for the best part of 9 years now. 

The company is building a platform that is able to manage up to 10 million of transactions each second using GoLang coding as well as blockchain technology and AES 256 encryption to safe keep all their data. As any ICO initiative out there, Crypto Circle is looking to get financed by having a sale of token units to gain access to their services.

**Here are some of the details available so far:**

 ***1. Features of The CCX Sale***

The company will issue their won tokenized utility known as Crypto Circle X Coin, codenamed CCX. The token will be handled using the ERC-20 protocols provided by the Ethereum blockchain. The company is planning to issue 300 million CCX tokens, but they will only sell 223 million units on a fixed supply, meaning that no new tokens will be generated after that.  

The sale event is soft capped at $3 million, but the main goal is a hard cap of $20 million to keep the operation up and running for a long time. All the CCX tokens earned during the sale will be granted 2 weeks after the ICO run is finished. The payment method for the sale will be only handled in Ethereum, and the average costs of each CCX token will be of $0.09.

***2. Token Distribution and Allocation of the Budget***

As for the token distribution the numbers offered by Crypto Circle at the moment look like this: 75% of all the tokens generated will be offered in the public sale, 15% will be offered to distributed among the team members (who will not be able to cash them out for at least 2 years). 5% will be offered in a bounty program, while the remaining 5% will be ranted as bonuses during the various stages of the public sale. Once the company gets a hold of the funds they will be allocated following this planned structure:

* 45% of the money will go directly to development. The main features of Crypto Circle will be completed, and the team will be able to handle any remaining issues with thoroughly analyzed upgrades.
* 30% of the funds will be used to hire additional members of the technical team as well as create the physical offices of the company in Malta. Salaries and equipment for the employees are expected to come out of this part of the budget
* 15% of the money raised will be used for marketing purposes on a global scale and following the basic rules of social network engagement. The final goal is to attract more users to the platform as well as more high profile investors.
* 10% of the allocation will be used to handle all the legal matters related to the establishment of the project on all the necessary legal fronts as well as government agencies.
