<div class="text-justify">¡Las Ricas y Nutritivas espinacas de Popeye!, mis amigos de Steemit saludos, aquí les tengo unas ricas "Espinacas Empanizadas", otra solución para nuestro continuar alimenticio, se preparan muy fácil, rápida, y con pocos ingredientes. La espinaca es rica en clorofila, y es determinante para prevenir las sustancias cancerígenas aflatoxina B1, AFB1. También es rica en vitamina K, que posee una alto contenido en calcio y magnesio para nuestros huesos. Contiene vitamina A y C, que previenen la oxidación del colesterol malo, esto hace que ayude a no contraer arteriosclerosis, para la hipertensión es un gran regulador. Contiene potasio además de ser un buen antiacido para el estomago, ideal para la anemia y es laxante a la hora de no poder ir al baño. ¡A pesar de no sacar músculos como Popeye!. Muchos beneficios y propiedades posee la espinaca. ¡Espero les encante! esta otra forma de hacer y comer espinacas mis amigos de Steemit.</div><br/>

# INGREDIENTES:

- 1 Kilo de espinacas, 2 huevos, 1 cebolla mediana, 5 dientes de ajo, pan rallado, laurel en hojas, oregano, queso blanco para rallar, sal al gusto, aceite para freír.

# PREPARACIÓN:

- Agarramos el kilo de espinacas, los deshojamos del los tallos y lavamos.
- En una olla con agua añadimos las espinacas y ponemos a fuego medio.
- A los 7 minutos retiramos del fuego, (Esto para que no hiervan mucho y se pierda el contenido de las vitaminas).
- Aparte en un tazón, Vamos cortando finamente la cebolla y los ajos, agregamos las espinacas, los dos huevos, el pan rallado, sal al gusto, queso rallado, orégano y laurel y mezclamos todo muy bien.
- En un caldero añadimos un chorrito de aceite para freír y calentamos a fuego medio.
- Procedemos a formar las tortitas de espinacas y añadimos al caldero.
- Freímos por cada lado y ¡LISTO!
- IDEALES A CUALQUIER HORA DEL DÍA COMPAÑEROS.
