# Hola a toda la comunidad Steemitnal espero que estén muy bien <div class="text-justify">El día de hoy en este martes de cocina traigo para ustedes una muy rica receta, yo la preparo al menos una vez a la semana ya que nos encanta mucho, se trata del Arroz con pollo 😍, así que aquí les enseñaré a como preparar un delicioso arroz con pollo con pocos condimentos y con muchísimo sabor 🤩 espero les guste tanto como a mí. </div> <Center>  </Center> <Center>`Selfie con mi Arroz con Pollo`</Center> # Ingredientes * 1 taza de arroz * 2 tazas de caldo pollo (pueden utilizar agua si gustan, aunque el caldo de pollo le da un sabor aún más fuerte) * Un muslo de pollo con cuadril (o cualquier parte del pollo de su preferencia). * 1 ají * 1 rama de cebollín *4 dientes de ajo * 1 cda de aceite * Sal al gusto * 4 rebanadas de mortadela de pollo(opcional) * 1 cucharada de onoto molido <Center>  </Center> <Center>`ingredientes para el arroz con pollo` </Center> <Center>*Para el caldo de pollo solo necesitamos 1 o 2 piezas de pollo y cuello del pollo, agua y sal.
