### Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

# Bollinger Bands show we are above the moving average which is around $6,330. High ranges at $6,440 and low ranges at $6,220.

# Stochastic RSI indicates overbought conditions (92).

# MACD shows we are above the Zero Line and the histogram has begun to taper down. With such intense volatility today there will need to be some serious buyer support to keep the price propped up.

## The past few weeks have seen mostly sideways trading with increasingly tighter ranges. This is the definition of market consolidation, after we saw the great BTC price crash of 2018 things have seemed to settled down quite a bit. We are actually right where we were about eleven months ago for Bitcoin prices, just before the massive rally at the end of last year. 
# I can feel the static in the air as the anticipation builds for blockchain technologies. Every major financial institution and government is looking into cryptocurrency and deciding how to utilize it to their advantage.
## Rampant inflation and corruption in countries such as Venezuela, Argentina and now Iran only strengthen Bitcoin's use cases as a currency and store of value. Be prepared for a huge momentum shift back into crypto over the next 18 months or so as things will get worse before they get better for these failing economies.
