People are free to trade as long as there's mutual consent. But yea I think it's ultimately counterproductive as well. It's based on rental in the end. I think it's better to encourage using the same funds to acquire and keep SP instead, going for the long term game. But then again I have a strong opinion on rent-seeking behaviours https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rent-seeking which I'd agree isn't a clear cut matter, which is also why I tend to be more middle-ground since extremism might be worse..
