Only found out the below recently, so I'm into almonds, green veg, and do eat probably 6/8 eggs a week too.

Feel pretty good generally yeah, it's a small breakfast as I'm generally not doing much in the day.  I hear good reports about eating within a 6-8 hour window for the day.  I cheat a bit with this light breakfast, but seems worth a try.
