I do agree with you. Quality is a very subjective word in blogging. I will add, steemit users should generously upvote content of their likes, read, watch content, and give upvotes and resteem, by doing this in a regular basis, will surely enrourage many steemians to use steem as a storage of value and a mean of exchange.
