Yes, in this phase it would be probably useful to have a PR person, who would answer all the questions that FAQ does not cover, and listen to suggestions for the improvement of the system. And BTW, Steemit has got it's first mention at Max Keiser Show as a “very interesting new platform”. Great on Keiser - agree also on PR - I work in PR too - i see this as part of the marketing team's job if not personally via @ned as PR should be directly linked to the C-level usually
