Stimmt, so würde man es machen. Und ist es nicht tatsächlich so, daß es bereits Institutionen gibt, wo der Gebrauch des Konjuntivs, um deren Handnlungen in diesem Sektor zu beschreiben, schon nicht mehr angebracht scheint?! ;-)
