A slider for payout would be awesome!

I remember authors who used to offer 90% to 100% return to all the curators who upvoted their post. They got lots of comments and reshares, which is the exposure they wanted. And it gave people with smaller accounts a larger reward than they normally get for supporting their work. All around a win-win, and it wasn't forced onto the entire blockchain. Totally optional.
