I bet it will be รผber delicious, but I have to say, this fine cuisine never spoke to me that much.. I like evolution in life but in food apparently not so much I think.. I keep on preferring rustic simple cooking above high end restaurant food. I wonder how it feels for you as a chef. What style of cooking gives you the most satisfaction? Cooking and eating it satisfaction

Yeah I understand my friend, i have some fellow colleagues who just does not like refined cuisine like I do, it's about everyone's taste. I love rustic too, but again with a modern presentation. 
I think both modern and rustic has it's market as people are different anyway.
For me personally I love eating rustic food with great taste and from this taste memories I translate it to my dishes. Making my cooking to be a refined one but same great taste!

Nice one :) I can imagen as a chef it must be boring to always do simpel rustic dishes, nobody wants to be repetitive and bored while working. I consider refined cuisine more as an art form actually, that is what I like about it. You can express your creativity on a plate, it is like a painting but with food! โ˜บ

I like the rustic cooking best, too, especially for food that I make myself, but it probably is too simple for people at a fancy restaurant, where nobody wants seeds in their teeth, lol. Like you, I wonder what restaurant chefs like the best.
