what I Iove is the fact that I can still enjoy bacon, buttered food,coffee and dark chocolate :) thank @sue I will share my progress if I pursue I just recently started more fruit veggies and protein recently so I will be slowly transitioning :)

Thanks for the informational and awareness post on ketosis @suerisue. I live a ketogenic lifestyle and it changed my life. I was border line diabetic and had very high blood pressure. I also was always exhausted once I got all the sugar out of my diet and started burning ketones rather than glucose it was a game changer.
