I think all the proposals are great, since we can see a community committed to its users, so they should reciprocate to that task. Undoubtedly manual curation takes a lot of time and there is always someone who is forgotten, the implementation of bots is a good solution because it relieves the pressure of the team to perform other tasks. 
It might also be a good idea to expand the topics to be covered or give titles to the etc that appears at the end so that everyone is clear about it. I have read very good posts that are not in the established parameters and that could be an extra contribution.
