Hi @coach.piotr, I particularly have no doubts in the good management of funds on your part. If it were not for your good management, this project would not benefit as many people as it does.
Automating processes is something really necessary, luckily you have managed to contact good programmers who will facilitate processes with these automations.
It seems logical to me that those who are more active within the community are the ones who receive more support from the curation, because it is evident that there are people who are only dedicated to publish and there is not a single comment from them in the community, we have already been able to make analysis of that too, people who do not leave a comment for months.
The program to support medical expenses is a good idea, I also know that many are in trouble at the time of presenting some emergency medical problem, but it is good to note that it is logical to place the 50/50 of beneficiary, to increase the fund of this project.
We are doing well.

I also agree that making the curation process automated (using bots) will be good to ease up on the time it takes to curate. Nice one.

I have a question: for people that put different beneficiary rewards in different chains (Like 50% in hive chain and 30% in steem chain) for the same post, will the bot separate the voting powers in both chains or will it work only when both chains are fixed to the same beneficiary rewards? Hope my question is sane? :)

I see the automatisation of curating a big improvement for the project. It is very time consuming to read posts and it can be quite frustrating, especially when people don't even answer the comments on their own posts. 

This will probably free up some time for further developments for you and for other core members.

I think it's a great idea to create this emergency fund and hopefully Jose will manage to avoid situations where people try to abuse it.

The reason I decided to commit myself to Project-hope is simply this. Having a good leader who has the interest of everybody at heart is hard to find, @crypto.piotr has proven to be the leader who values his members. This post is not to glorify him but I will say everything said here is awesome but the question is, are we going to be using same bot for the two platform or same platform. And just like what @samminator said, for those that sets 30% on steemit and 50% on hive, how are we going to be doing it?

I also consider it logical to provide more support for the most committed members, this reinforces their commitment and perhaps encourages the less committed ones to do better. And undoubtedly a medical expenses program is an excellent idea, I do not think there is another similar initiative on the platform, that speaks of the interest in the welfare of the members of the community, @josevas217 as a doctor will know how to manage and establish the criteria for the management of these resources.

This is good for the system, the bot is going to help make the system of voting much more easy and convenient  and there will be proper distribution of power.

This is great. Making the curation self automated will definitely reduce the stress and workload just as you say and also make sure that all post are curated depending on what they deserve. Deserve in the amount of beneficiary percentage they set which is also great.

And also about the new emergency fund account, it is great as it will help people in solving their medical expenses.

I believe as time goes on , people will begin to see the importance attached to been engaging and active on the community instead of just posting

Hello @coach.piotr, II believe that the solutions proposed for the 4 cases developed here are really fair, due to the fact that the support remuneration is proportional to the participation of the community members, that is more than clear.

About creating a reward fund with the help and active participation of Dr. @josevas217 is an excellent initiative.

I am setting more time to get engaged within the community again, I hope that I get pardoned and my work begins to recieve upvote.

Firstly really happy to hear that you are helping people in need as you do always and yes Peter we do agree that you are an wise man and know how to use resources in the best possible way out even i apologize for not being an active person engaging within the community and i really wish to let go this habit and become one of the most engaging member out there. Also the 50/50 split and emergency funds is something which i liked and will support it.

From everything I read, autimarizar will help a lot to the growth of the community, I did not know that medical support was provided in the community, it is something awesome and creating a fund seems to me an excellent idea, finally achieving the standardization of both chains will have a very positive impact in terms of time used to support each content creator, from my point of view are well thought out solutions and have my full support.

Hello friend @crypto.piotr I think they are very good proposals, I will start to place my 50% in steemit publications as well. I have always trusted your criteria and the way you handle the project including the funds, I know they are in good hands. Certainly not all people interact with the users, some just do it to get a vote, so you have to take action. Otherwise I think they are good ideas and I support you in that!!!

Well thought out with sound conclusions. Also love the medical allocation. If anything practical comes to mind, Ill return here. A good idea that came to mind while reading was - automating a replies/posting chart. This may be impracticable unless a developer is available to create such an app specific to Project Hope. Once an account for posts is automated, I believe it would be relatively easy to gauge organic community support. I myself don't always have the time from month to month, but do make an effort to respond both to members I'm familiar with, those who reply to me, as well as explore the community.

I find among everything you comment, that the most outstanding thing is being able to help people with an emergency fund, since many cases have been presented through the community (you know that I have been the protagonist of several), and the truth is to feel that we have support in this sense is something very important.

The emergency fund is a wonderful idea!

The automation of the votes is something very productive, it will increase efficiency and power to allow us to dedicate ourselves to other innovations that are needed (perhaps an educational and dissemination project in technology, business and other topics).

So welcome are these bots that are going to help a lot to be more productive.

It would also be good to put on the table the idea of ​​developing a bot that checks plagiarism, or verifies the contents, and that in this way can decide if the publication should be taken in c count or not.

First I would say it's a great idea to have an automated curation bot, I believe it would serve to boost time management on the curation of users post it's a welcome development in the community.

About beneficiary split rewards, I hope members within the community will understand how important it is to slit 50/50 benefits to increase the community curation upvotes for users.
I hope more users will understand the importance of being active and engage in other users' posts as it increases the interaction among users.

I'm in total support of these interesting initiatives of @ph-emergencyfund it's good to support our members financially thanks for such an idea and I hope other members won't use the opportunity to be demanding unnecessary from the community.

Hmmm... This is really breath taking though. I think @project.hope community is really growing more than we can ever imagine and it's also really great that we are having more publications from different people in our community and this really shows that our community is really one of the top most valued community.

I really like the idea of setting up a bot voting system for curation support most especially the aspect of the percentage set up to ph-fund, this will definitely make more people set up 50% to the community fund and thus, it helps us to generate more funds and more SP as time goes on.

Also about the project hope emergency fund, I really support this idea and I love the fact that the community is really giving back to the masses in form of charity. It's really great to be part of a wonderful community that supports the well-being of people medically and financially. 


In conclusion, I strongly corroborate with your decisions and I'm really glad you already thought about this before sharing with us.

I  think that automating curation would help the project a lot.  Growing the community is not easy and it is obvious that with the volume we have now it is very difficult to keep up the manual curation work in the way that it could be done with a smaller group of people.

I see that the risk is that post quality drops and people just try to post anything to try to get their upvote rewards on whatever they publish.  This is where the manual curation really helps.  I think we need to couple any automated curation with ideas on how to promote the really good content.  I know everyone wants to see rewards for their posts but above the rewards, the sense of community - in my view - is even more important.  What I have always loved about PH is the community feel - the curation rewards are just a nice side benefit.

The emergency fund is just a brilliant idea.  I love it.  Supporting the community where needed - just a fantastic idea and to have Jose involved is just excellent!

The proposed changes are sustainable for the community and when executed will translate into collective benefits, so I support the 4 solutions proposed in this publication, as I am confident that they will help to solve the problems that are being presented.  

I like the idea of automating curation,  
 the strategy of implementing a curation bot that emits votes after the manual check is very successful, because this method guarantees that the academic rigor is maintained and that the user does not publish just anything.

The strategy of directing the voting power to the percentage of beneficiary, is the most sensible and healthy for everyone, as I have observed that the lower percentage of beneficiary has a correlation with lower user activity within the community, so I believe that this methodology should impact on greater engagement and interaction.

Creating @ph-emergencyfund is an action that reiterates the commitment of PH with all its members, undoubtedly the friend @josevas217 is the right person to manage, organize and support users who in the face of some health contingency require some financial assistance.

Curating posts with voting power similar to the level of the beneficiary will be the great intiative and by doing this more users will set beneficiary reward 50% which is necessary for ph development.

I like the solution you shared for three problems and bringing more automation in place is a good idea and it will also save lots of time.  It would be great and will strengthen the PH community.

The idea for creating an emergency fund is wonderful and I believe only PH can think like this. I support all the changes but this idea is so good and I am happy to know about it.  Any support in an emergency means lot.
